Confluence of ExcellenceAccomplishments and Media

Right from the outset, people and important organizations noticed that KarmYog proposed a radical new solution that holds real promise. NSDC’s 2013 Best Practice in Learning Methods, our most recent recognition, reflects this perception.

KarmYog’s first entry into product-based training was through its pioneer Travel and Tourism Focused Learning Company which is focused on the travel and hospitality market space. Led by Ram Badrinathan, a leading expert in the travel market, KY Travel’s first product was Pawan Ko Kahin Dekha Kya – a ground breaking product that focused on drivers’ soft skills.

Pawan proved several things.

  • It was financially successful, reaching nearly 20,000 drivers, and still moving forward.

  • It proved that OmniDEL™ is an approach that gathers universal acclaim – both the drivers and their employers were enthusiastic about the product. It exceeded everyone’s expectations. Every company that has used it was very well pleased and their feedback has been uniformly very positive.

  • It created the impetus for our branded product approach and was the basis for our partnership with Mahindra to now expand the premise into commercial drivers.

  • Perhaps most importantly, it provided the proof of concept that led to deals with Fremantle Media and the launch of Indian Idol Academy and a deal with National Skill Development Corporation to fund several other initiatives.
